Terms of Service

Welcome to CyanorX Instaflow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CyanorX Private Limited ("CyanorX", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CyanorX Instaflow is an Instagram automation platform that provides:

• Comment-to-DM automation using the official Meta Graph API
• Follow-Gate technology for follower growth
• AI-powered smart fallback responses
• Story mention and reply automation
• Lead management and analytics

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta's Platform Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse protections
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Use the Service in a way that violates Instagram's Terms of Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by CyanorX Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyanorX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms, using the Service in a way that could harm others, or if required by Meta or applicable law.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka, India.
